Allan is an Award Winning Chef (Silver Medal at the Gulf Professional Chefs Competition), extremely passionate and dedicated to his professions; a very loving and caring person and a man who stands by his word. Allan completed his Hotel Management - Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management from Thames Valley University London.
Allan has trained at JW Marriott & Grand Hyatt (Mumbai), Kensington Palace & Royal Auto Club (Michelin Started) (London), and worked at Raddison Blu & Ibis (Muscat) and Fairmount (AbuDhabi).
In Nov 2013 Allan immigrated to Canada on Permanent Resident visa and has received his Permanent Residence Card; he is currently employed as Kitchen Manager (Sous Chef) at a reputed fine dine chain of restaurants group spread across Canada. He is based in Toronto.
